Just cant believe the mirrors or headlight would cause it. It only whistles when i push on the gas pedal in that rpm range, when i lift the noise stops. IF neither of those i will conceed to check headlight or mirror.

Do you have the plate on backwards. It only has a gasket on one side?

the plate can only go one way, the inlet for the nitrous faces the pass side. Has to be something related to when i hit the gas. If its making the sound and i lift my foot it immediately stops.

Maybe someone installed turbos when you weren't warching. J/K. Did you do the PCV drill mod?

Yes! and used a New valve when doing it.

Check that it is still attached tightly. It may have popped out partially.

I believe i narrowed it down to 2 things. Either the new nitrous plate or the gasket between the plate and the throttle body. The plate from Nitrous Outlet is slightly thicker then the one i had from Nytrex. Also, the gasket used by Nitrous Outlet is more like cut from tin like the GM gasket on 2010-2011 v6 and the one used by Nytrex was gasket material. I took the plate off this morning and drove and no whistling, but as soon i put it back on it started again. I am going to order some gasket material gaskets from Nytrex and see if the issue goes away. If its the plate there wont be much i can do about it then :(

well, tried using a Felpro gasket yesterday and still whistles. I am thinking its the nitrous plate yet others with same plate report no whistling.
