All of last summer i had a 3.2 pulley on my car with zero belt slip... 10lbs of boost

The rears cog belt does "whine" more than the micro v belts. A cog belt that is over-tensioned whines louder than a properly tensioned belt and an under-tensioned belt produces little to no whine. This is typically what they sound like when properly tensioned.

Do you have logs to support the claim? We're not talking about driving around on city streets.

Zero belt slip is an Physical impossibility.

A 3.4 pulley makes 10 psi on your set up with some belt slip.

You should be more like 11.5 psi with a 3.2 but the belt can't hold on to it for sure.

The larger the front pulley the more belt traction you have.

How can we expect to turn the blower faster which takes more Torque then do so by reducing the belt contact surface area and expect it to not slip?

Just food for thought.

John the best solution is the one I have been recommending for years OD cog Larger front pulley for more belt traction and control boost.

It is a constant slip you won't see it on a boost gauge you need to do what we do on the dyno

We put a laser RPM sensor on the crank and on the supercahrger pulley and track RPM of both.

We can over lay the graph and look at the supercharger speed vs crank speed and see slippage you can't see.

Trust me they all slip, it is just a matter of how much.

The biggest slippage occurs during throttle transitions.

I see you have a mechanical fixed tensioner which can not account for belt stretch under load.

I guaranty if you switch to one of my super tensioners you will see an increase in boost and performance.
