I bought this off of ebay. It's a blackout mat that is made of magnetic material. So if I get tired of it I can just peel it off.

Bought a used one and painted it. Started by shaving off the CHEVROLET lettering and base coating it with CGM. Then I airbrushed some ghost letters that say CAMARO SS on one side and LS3 6.2L on the other.

My dad and I took a good long trip to Kennedy space Center to watch STS 131 launch. Made it in 15 hours. Passed some major milestones.

On the way back we stopped in Pensacola and caught a blue angel. Also stopped to visit Mobile and the USS Alabama.

Here are a few pictures from yesterday's car show. It was a 5th gen heaven and the weather was beautiful. I got a good spot near the front of the Kemah boardwalk entrance. Which BTW is the best parking spot I will ever have at Kemah. I did find a trunck monkey in my car when I got there though.
The only bad news was when I missed the raffle for CAI by one ticket number. But I got a hat and donated to a good cause.

Long over due update on the mileage. can't believe how many miles I have put on it. Tonight I just completed putting in the steering wheel radio controls. Real easy to do. Good step by step at this link:

I still need to run it by the dealership and have them reflash the bcm and pdim.

Hopefully won't cost more that $100

Ignore the speed at which I took the 6000, and 7000 mile pictures.
