I'd take a V10 mustang over a pompous lambo any day of the week. He has done a great thing. I think it's badass.

Heavy, inefficient, I'd rather not. The Z/28 is an especially bad pairing with a big block.

I am pretty sure the 7 liter 427 in the C6 Corvette and Gen 5 Z/28 were not big blocks. Just large Cubic Inch small blocks. Also Aluminum and probably close to the same weight as the 6.2 in the Camaro SS.

I would agree with the fact of plastidipping the whole car is dumb, but I disagree with some of the uses of plastidip. I used it on my Heritage grill (body colored) after I didn't like everything being red in front, so I plastidipped it in a satin black and after 1 1/2 years and 20k miles it's still holding up well with no chips in the paint.

The LS7 is a small block yes, which reinforces my point that a boat anchor of a big block would be absolutely absurd.

Plastidipping the lower front fascia black to make a non ZL1 Camaro look like a ZLI...Remember the girl who never bothered popping the hood and paid $35,000 for a 6 cylinder Camaro and thought she was getting a great deal on a ZL1?

So, the 'end of big blocks' is a mod?

LOL!

I agree, people who garage queen these cars make me laugh! These Camaros in no way or fashion are collectables. They are massed produced and around every corner... I like the guy who carries around car detailing products everywhere he goes so that he may shine up his ride in the parking lot when his ugly wife and bratty-ass kids get off to go shop at Old Navy... now that is funny.

wait I still have stock wheels... I hate them and I cannot afford something more tasteful at the moment.

Ok I thought you were saying the LS7 in the 5th Gen Z/28 was a big block.

My car had vinyl there.. Peeled it right off... Dummies.. 14/15 front end looks better than a ZL1

10. Camaro windshield stickers. Oh it's a Camaro? You don't say! I had no idea!

11. skull/barbed wire or any other "I'm a badass" license plate frames. Nothing says I'm "not" a badass like tastless frames from auto zone.

12. Over exaggerated exhaust tips. Why is this even a thing.

13. Wheels larger than 21's on camaro. ghetto and adds 0 performance benefit.

14. Body painted rims. True story I sold a guy a ZL1 convertible auto and he traded in his inferno orange SS...with inferno orange rims...the sales director literally had the rims removed and replaced them with some stock ones we had sitting around.
Contrast is good guys...too much color matching looks weird...unless you're going murdered out black on black wheels. IMO

I just like a clean look, anyone who matters will know it's a Chevrolet Camaro.

As for the rest of that, yep, except I did dip my lower fascia, but not to emulate the ZL1. Here's a pic with my stock wheels
