It's been 2 weeks since I placed my order and the dealer said they had allocations. Do you think it should have gone to 2000 by now? Just wondering if I should make alternate plans or stick it out.

The order cycles are from Thursday to Tuesday.
...this week - started today.

If allocation was available...it would have moved.

Production schedules are currently out to 10/17...

So does that mean if an order was placed today, by a dealer with allocations, for an SS 1LE, by tomorrow it should be past 1100? Or did that 29 get used up real quick you think and it will take a week?

Good Question...

It is not a - 1st Come - 1st Served - System.
It is not "Speed takes the Spoils"...

A dealer is allocated the constraint item.

If the order is "placed" today...
then it would move to 2000 or better.

Example:
Dealer needs: LT1 + A1Y = 1SS/1LE

The DOSP opened today thru Tuesday.
Orders must be submitted in that time frame;
Some will place immediately - (Like Me)
while others will allow the system to "auto close".
..Depends on the dealers "habits".



Either way...if the dealer has the constraint..
it is available to them thru the DOSP.
