That's what I like about the Paxton 1500. I'll run out of engine before I'll run out of blower.

Ive been told that 720 is fine on stock internals. Anything more than that and I'm pushing it. I could add a cam and be ok to get more, but that will have to wait till the next project. Dropping all that cash at once is like getting kicked in the groin. At least it is for me.
Matt and AGP seem to say the same thing

Turbos buy you another ~50rwhp safely since you aren't spinning a blower too. I would have no issues pushing 800rwhp in a turbo car ls3.

I've been looking into putting a blower on mine. I want a loud blower and it seems any reputable brand name make quiet ones for the LS3! Does anyone know of a loud blower from a reputable brand? Is it safe to run 7-9 psi (200-250hp) on stock LS3 with CAI, Lt headers, cat delete w/ npp exhaust?

There is a voice in the back of my head tell me that but before all that I plan on beefing up the car, adding the power then doing a dyno tune so it will be tuned properly and act as a cap to stop the mod list also with a stock bottom end I won't want to add any more power either.

It can be run at 7-10 PSI safely on pump gas. Ted.

I think my Ysi is pretty quiet. It makes a little noise, especially when cold, but isn't a super loud blower like a lot of people want.

Personally, Id spend the extra $1800 bucks and add the cam when I did forced induction. For no other reason than it will be cheaper in the long run when you have half of the front of the engine area apart in labor and not pay for tuning it again after the cam is install. You figure that saves you about $800 bucks in install labor and tuning, so the cam ends up costing you about $1000.

If you are talking about a blower, sure. Turbos don't touch anything up front so can save that for later.
Prochargers can be really quiet, or a little loud if you get a straight cut one.
