It appears Mustang people have found out that the Poll/site is Cookie based and even though you have to enable cookies (can't block them).. it appears you can click the vote button numerous times before it refreshes, thus voting numerous times.

I agree. Camaro was up by almost 1000 votes little over a hour ago. This is really a crock of s___!! Think I will go out and find me a mustang to blow off the road to take out my frustrations on.

You can only vote "once" but if you click very fast until your first vote registers you can get 20 to 30 to 100's of votes to "count".
