Interesting, I watched this and I dont see where the truck driver is being an ass?? He followed in the passing lane, the cop didnt pass but blocked so the guy got over in the slow lane. When it opened up to three lanes the guy passed and went on his way.

I see no rage from the truck guy, I do see the cop being an ass.
