Nah, I love the extra attention it gets. I was eating lunch at Chilis at the bar and my car was parked outside. I heard someone say , "Look it's Bumblebee in blue". I got a kick out of that. I have always been a big Transformers fan and always wanted a muscle car. So it's all good.

My biggest annoyance with the link between the character of Bumblebee and the 2010 Camaro is that it seems a lot of people call full length rally stripes bumblebee stripes... Bumblebee striping goes around the nose (or tail) of a car.

I don't care what PEOPLE think, it's MY car. I got one because GM got their head out of their butt and did the right thing and went retro and built a Camaro the way it should look. Not to mention, my very first NEW car was a 1976 RS, I have just been able to go back in time a bit, not to mention it a MUCH hotter ride than my first one.

Hillarious! I can remember when my daughter was a little girl (now 19) did this. Every black Camaro or Transam on the road was K.I.T.T.

I say let's be grateful we have a car that is hugely sexy and popular during these tough economic times.

As a Civic owner, no one so much as raises an eyebrow when they see my car.

Yeah I think it will get pretty annoying. It was cool maybe the first movie because at least you actually got to see the car before any other video or pictures were available.

But they are probably going to make about 43 sequels and I think each will be worse just like the one out now.

Plus I believe it's a totally different yellow, right? Rally Yellow is not the Yellow used on Bumblebee, it is a more golden yellow.

YES YES i agree with you.kids are staring at me--my car rather-- because my car is yellow.. they say its like the transformers..i say it's not --cause it's old 2002!--i rather would want to pick up some hot ladies than some attention from young kids!

i watched the special features on the first transformers dvd..from what they said that car wasnt even a camaro. but michael bay wanted it in the movie so they made it a camaro so people would know the brand...and that wasnt the only place ive heard that..but if thats true then if it werent for transformers there would be no new camaro..even if that isnt true it sure the hell exploded the popularity of the car anyway..everyone wants one cause of that movie.
