Hey guys... seems like we might can have a pretty good turn out. I posted on Austin-F-body.org and put in a little word that we want to get a big meet/get-together and they seemed really perceptive to the idea as well.

What do you guys think about getting vendors to come out?

PS: I figured towards the end of October or the first of November would be a great time since the weather will be cooling off some and it will let a lot of guys/gals get their rides in that they ordered.

Now are we looking at only 5th Gens or all Gens of the Camaro? Obviously I would assume all are welcome even if they don't have a Camaro.

I'm all about have Gens 1-5 coming. Even if you don't have a Camaro, come on out. The bigger the better...the more the merrier.

Maybe we could have the cars grouped by City

I think it would be awesome to try and get as many Camaro's as possible out in front of the State Capitol Building for a prime photo op.

Very Nice!!
As this thing grows, need to start talkin to some locations about setting this thing up as soon as we have a date nailed down.

Who in Austin wants to start with the leg work??
If any help is needed, I can do everything I can from here in Palestine

If any of you guys/gals want to help out on planning, email me at chris.galles@gmail.com or utcamaro@gmail.com and let's start putting our collective heads together and let's make this happen. The last thing I want is to bring this up and everyone says, "Sounds great, I'm in!" and then it falls through the crack. I'm not really sure how to go about all of this (since I have minimal experience), so if anyone has any experience in putting together events, I'd appreciate all the help I can get.
