The LT4 opening is indeed 87mm, but the o-ring flange is another 3.6mm all the way around. So you could easily take another 2mm off all the way around, that gets you a 91mm snout opening and still keep the stock o-ring. You could also ditch the o-ring altogether and use RTV to seal the TB, and get to 95mm snout opening really easily (or maybe even 103mm or so if you wanted to, which is really overkill IMO). So, I will probably port my snout to 91mm, which probably flows similar to the 95mm TB once you factor in the blade and shaft. Just my random thoughts on the matter for what it's worth...

Like any throttle body mod it will improve throttle response and peak power when spinning the blower faster.
Gains are in direct proportion to how fast you spin the blower. From not much stock to as much as 20 RWHP if maxing out the little blower, and bigger blowers will benefit even more. Ted.

Here is the version without porting the LT5. We just did our Stage 3 ported LT4 supercharger and this TB and picked up 50whp/tq! I can grab the dyno graph tomorrow.

You’ll either have to run an adapter or just open up the front of the blower a bit accept the wider TB blade (I’d go with the latter). It’ll run ok with the stock tune but obviously better with a tune (and make more power). Even better if paired with a ported blower.
