The ZL1 delivers with solid sway bars for improved bar strength. The front bar is 25mm and the rear bar is 28mm. Pedders ZL1 bars are solid 27mm adjustable front and 32mm rear. Are the 2010 pace cars any different body wise from the regular 2010 SS?
The front grill looks smaller to me.

Nope,same body.
The grille the pace cars use is the GM accessories heritage grille,the same one most of us add to our non-pace cars

Im going to look at a 2010 pace car tomorrow. It does have the heritage grill. Why it looked different to me

If i get a body kit will GM be able to match the stripes to the kit?

The OEM White Pearl Stripes for the 2010 come in pre-cut sections (and they are not cheap). Depending on the contour of the body section, the width of the stripes and the angles will vary some. So in order to extend them onto the body kit it may require some trial and error, to find the "right fit". There are no specific pieces (that I am aware of) designed to extend onto a body kit, as it was not part of the original Z4Z package.

So bought my 2010 SS Pace car today. Gotta check the paper work to see what number it is. But i love it. Only has 1300 miles on it

Aside from the actual Pace Car modified for the race - the rest us with Z4Z's are considered "replicas". So ALL are welcome here!
