OP, what are your other two cars? You can't drive one of those?

Yes it's the 2016 EX-L with Nav and Honda Sensing. $31.9 sticker.

My mother in law lives with us so she has a car. She normally gets a job. My wife has a new Pathfinder. She doesn't know how to drive a stick either. I could teach her but why would I do that We are looking at houses in 2 weeks so if we find one with a 3 car garage and decent driveway then I may consider buying a 4th.

So to save $750 a year in gas you're going to spend $3400 right now (26 K for Camaro trade, 29.4 for Honda)......you're going to be losing money for the next 5 years by buying a more fuel efficient car.
So this and we're missing on big part of the equation. That Honda accords value after driving off the lot will take a 3-4K drop. So value wise your losing 4K on purchase + another 4K in drop value + tags/tax. If you really want to save money pick up a 2 year old Civic/Carola for like 12-14K. If you spend 26K-ish or more you're doing for you not because its economically wise.

Congrats also you win my first post. I'm was pretty big in the 4Runner/FJ communities but now looking for a street hobby with 450+ HP.

I work in oil & gas...and my wife is due with our second set of twins sometime this week. But maybe a year from now! I'm actually waiting on 2010-2012 SS's to level out under the 20K and I'll get in the game.

I do drive a 6.2 GM though, but it's just in a Denali XL. Other car is a CNG Bi-Fuel Tahoe - so I have a little modified GM experience.

I have to disagree with reliability, being comfortable, cheaper to repair, and insure. It will perform better, good luck passing someone up a hill. Seats are way more comfy in my Camaro compared to a Honda of any model. My DD Kia Sorento costs more to insure than the Camaro with same coverage. Guess that may depend on age and what class the vehicle your insuring is rated at.. I have had a few accords so been there done that.
My decision is i am keeping my camaro!

Just giving my financial opinion. However if the OP is intent on buying a brand NEW loaded accord V6 then I would just keep the SS.

Well definitely not Navy in MO...but i did own my fair share of crotch rockets.

Oh and the Accord is only a 4cyl. Maybe I should look at Audi or Lexus.

Now regarding "no balls" or "the Camaro is what gets me out of bed" well I do fly Combat Aircraft so obviously I love my job! Haha
Thank you for your service. What do you fly?

Get a diesel. You won't regret it. Doesn't matter what it is. Just a diesel.

Although the they did cheat their way my father has a jetty TDI diesel and he drives about 80 miles one way to work each morning and has over 130k miles on a 3 year old car. No spark plugs and other Maintenance Required like you see on the honda, awesome gas mileage and lower diesel pricing. Just my opinion..
