What would a Machined Lip finish add to the cost of the Graphite finish wheels as a package of four?

The wheel does not come with a lip

Do you mean a machined edge? ( the outer ring of the wheel?)

I meant machined face. All outer facings of the spokes and lip.

I love the wheels and I know plenty of guys here were hoping for this style to be available on the aftermarket. I just have one question, is there any weight saving over the OEM wheels? I have the polished aluminum wheels and I'm really trying to drop a few pounds if possible.

Here is the comparison

Your Factory ZL1 wheels are Forged Aluminium

Wheels weigh ~ 27 lbs without tires

The MRR 228 wheels are Low Pressure gravity cast

Front: 29.5 lbs
Rear: 30 lbs

So there isnt really weight saving, its a split some are doing it for aesthetics others are going to use these are daily wheels and keep their ZL1 factory paired with track tires.

If you were looking for weight saving I recommend either Flow Forged like the Forgestar wheels or fully forged.

There are some great options and I would be more then happy to speak to you in regards to them.

Personally one of the best forged wheels out there that will look great and save you weight is the Niche line ! and we have great deals on them.
