Front is nice. z28 surprise was nice.

Both new rears are plain AWFUL. Wish they hadn't tried to fix what wasn't broken. The butt of the pre-2014 was near perfection. From directly behind, the SS looks like some no-name sedan, not a Camaro. Very disappointing.

May I ask why does it not say Camaro on the Z/28?
I do like what Chevy has done with it. I can see a resemblance to the 69 tail lights in the non RS version.
The old 1st Gen way of writing Z/28 was always my favorite too.

RS vs Non-RS is what it is.

Probably better in person, but the same goes for the current car versus pictures. The pre 14' rear is more attractive for sure.

I think the new taillights do look like any other boring car. I really like the 4 taillights of the vette / camaro it makes the car stand out and different from the boring other cars.

That being said, it's a taillight, but the car is still a Camaro...they would not stop me from buying the car..but I'm still very happy with my 2011 SS

personally I love the 2014, I see so much Chevy Heritage in updated fashion..

I can't wait to see the updated convertible (with a better top right?)..

Yep much closer that those stupid Honda comparisons,
Makes me want to see the new rear end with a dovetail spoiler.
Here is another Chevy that has a similar look.

I like it. It look more grown um. I think that chevy is trying to get away from the muscle car look, and go with a sports car look.

But I feel the new rear is actually more old school muscle car, while the 13 and under are more sporty.

I just spoke with a well know tail light mod seller.

He said a tail light kit that removes the wrap around the side look is an option.

I see that too. I definately approve of the z28 tail mainly because it is camaro inspired, not corvette inspired.

The Z28's rear lights some what resemble the 69 tail lights but those did not wrap around the rear fender. I can see where GM was going with it but maybe they will grow on me, or others. Glad to have my SS, not thinking of trading anytime soon.
