Best I've seen is 19
I fill up when it gets to 1/4 tank with chevron, premium. Usually takes $50

Just to see if I could do it. 120 miles round trip with hills and some traffic and not exceeding 60 mph. My real average is 21 driving normally. I usually spend about 60 bucks everytime I fill up which is about once or twice a week.

I was just pulling into the Chevron when some bloke in a Jetta TDI came up to me with a grin on his face and said nice car I bet the mileage sucks. I told him I got 804 KM out of the tank. He looked rather deflated. I think the calculation was about 25 MPG. All highway and I didn't go over 105 KPH.
