I agree! I bought a 2011 Roush 5XR new and it was the biggest pos mainly because of the cheap chinese manual transmission. The power output for the blown 5.0 was disappointing too.

If nothing changed with their warranty department than I wonder why they take so long (almost 3 months now) to pay their invoices for shops performing warranty work?

Just poor customer/vendor service???

I picked a few of SLP's mods. SLP 575 rear spoiler, SLP front splitter, SLP skip shift eliminator, SLP ZL575 staggered wheels chrome plated, and an SLP emblem. Plan on getting more!
