Instead of asking what the shop wants to sell you, research on here to find the parts that will actually benefit you the most for the money spent.
ARH headers are very good headers but there are cheaper options, if money is an issue. There's no need for a 3in exhaust unless you're just wanting to spend the extra $$. It's purely a sound/weight mod. If you think spending $1k+ for sound, then by all means do it. An exhaust in 3in will probably weigh as much, if not more than your stock one. You might want to look around to see if the exhaust they are recommending is the one that sounds good to YOU. Lastly, save yourself a lot of money on doing some of the installs yourself. Any Camaro CAI can be installed in less than a hour with regular tools and ZERO experience. A catback exhaust can be installed in a couple hours, taking your time. I can see having a shop do headers, if you're not very skilled. It's not hard but there are a few little tricks.
