Huh, well that that sucks. We all know we get on it a little with our cars...It's to tempting not to...Hell that's like me putting candy in front of my kid and tell her not to eat it...We know what will happen there.

All I can say is, keep it on the track, that's your safest place to have some fun and keeps you from getting more tickets...

Not to be a fool, BUT mistakes are OK IF we LEARN from them.

Sorry for your PROBLEM.

In MO you can have most tickets fixed. You end up paying a bigger fine, in exchange for pleading it down to a non-moving offense, so, no points.

So you pay, maybe twice the fine, but they change it to...like, a parking ticket.

Only if it isn't during their shift.

And if you can fix tickets there I bet a LOT of people do like here in MO, rather than risk points on a judges mood, pay to have it fixed.

Which is why I'll be paying a speeding ticket for speeding I wasn't doing.

You are absolutely right, in Alabama they have even lowered interstate speed limits to 55 in alot of areas

What part of that is hard to grasp exactly?
Very valid point........but did you know that an officer can give out a ticket for doing less than whats posted on that white sign with numbers ?? Its true, bc I had a DE state trooper pull me over for doing 51 on cruise control in a 55 zone. I was in the right lane, the slow lane, and i still got threatened with a ticket....so again, valid point, but doesn't really mean squat. They can get you for pretty much anything they want.

I know you blocked him and sorry for pointing this out but Idiot Exposures

quote, is lame. The officer only had the right to do his job, ie report the infraction by way of a ticket or take you to jail. They do not have the option of interpreting the law, that is where the judges and lawyers come in. Sentencing never comes from an officer and the courts are there for interpretation. As for your ticket.........yes it was BS and yes you have a right to be upset, that cop wanted you. His excuse for hot pursuit is just as lame as the reason he gave you a ticket. I bet the only reason he turned around is because he was hoping you were gonna run and he would be able to really open up his cruiser. Glad you were able to have it fixed, we are not so lucky here in Cali

It's honestly not worth the time. Last time I fought a ticket ugh. It took me an hour just to find the right building. Clayton SUCKS. And then I sat there for nearly three hours while they did the drug docket watching tweakers plead.

They make it as worth your while as possible to not fight them.
