Today I heard a guy sitting in a car at the gas station talking to his buddy about my car. He said, "Wow, I'd drive it if it was that color!" I was kind of insulted that the only thing he liked about it was the paint until he yelled out "nice car dude".

Tonight at the first "Cruise In" - I got the "is it front wheel drive"!!!!!!!

I got one thats kind of like others. I am getting gas the other day and I hear this girl talking loudly on her cell phone two lanes away from me and behind me. This place was PACKED! All of a sudden I hear her yell "Oh my f'n God! You ought to see this car!" About that time EVERYONE turns and looks at me! Yelling into her phone she says "That's the best looking f'n challenger I have ever seen!" Now she is over at my car just She then gets off the phone asked me what year challenger it was. I told her it was a 2010 Camaro, blah blah. She asked me if I was married and I showed her my wedding ring. She says " Oh shit that figures" and turn around and walked back to her vehicle while calling her friend back. I tell this story not because it is just another "oh nice challenger" story. But this really embarrassed me with this loud mouth crack head looking thing hollering all this stuff. lol

Someone needs to tell her that you're not supposed to use a cell phone when people are pumping gas...

Believe me if something would have happened to her while using her phone it could have only been an improvement! lol
But yeah it was rough! I have almost never been so embarrassed in my life. It's more that obvious I am sure to everyone on this great site that even after a year of production if you drive one of these beautiful machines you better be ready for all the attention it brings. Good and bad! I surely wasn't ready for that though!

Indeed. That's what blows my mind when people say stuff like, "You can't hide money." Or, "It must be nice to be loaded." Then they jump in their 2500 Duramax Diesels or F-250/350 Powerstrokes with 4 wheel drive that has never been off of asphalt.

Haha. If she had a friend, it could've been catastrophic.

But a year after production, and I'm still only seeing one ore two a week. In fact, it's been a week since I've seen one. My heart still stops when I see one.
