Darn right! Hey Don- unrelated: do you know if the AEM wideband is working in the newest HPT version yet? I still haven't upgraded because of it.

Hey, I resent (ok resemble) the old fart label.
Only 62, retired early, loving my Camaro SS. Had a V6 gen 4 - great car but always wished Id gotten the V8. Didn't make that mistake again! Do miss my T tops though - wish my gen 5 had them. Getting a tune for my birthday this year! You don't quit loving cars because you get old - you get old because you quit loving cars!

I’m 63, but in my mind I’m still27: that’s the last birthday I acknowledge. My brain does have faulty synapses though! They are telling me that I should have one of every generation Z/28! I bought my 69 in 1978 when I was 22. It is sitting in my garage next to my 70Z project. I bought my 99 brand new because they came back with hugger orange, and in 2016, I traded my 2011 black diamond CTS-V wagon and some cash for my 2015 Z with 97 miles on it! Unfortunately, I was also bitten by the originality bug for which there is no known cure. Looking for a clean 3rd gen!

I’m 60 and when I get out of rehab on my next knee replacement, I’m getting a modern hot rod. Past 40 years I’ve just had cars, trucks, SUVs and s couple motorhomes; I almost bought an 06 GTO but decided to be conservative with my finances - but screw it— I’m gonna do it while I can enjoy it- but I think I’ll pass on the clutch much as I want to shift.

Unlike the rest of the crew here, I feel old, worn and close friends tell me that I'm burned out. Have started jogging again and lifting myself on the bar, desperately trying to keep myself fit and healthy somehow. |

Knees are a most difficult recovery. When my left hip failed I had nightmares that I would have to trade my LS3 for an L99. But, that didn't happen Pressing a clutch is easier than walking. Though I did learn that I can drive pretty much anywhere in 3rd gear. Just have to cheat on the stop signs. Then when my right shoulder needed replacement I had the same thoughts. Fortunately, these Camaros are easy to shift.

Unfortunately, I missed CFest last year due to a minor health thing, was excited to go this year, but life threw me another curve ball again. I'm planning on next year or bust at this point, though! Rain, pain, or snow- I'll be there in 2020.
