As long as I don't wreck it, I'll be keeping it for quite some time.

I am thinking of selling now and getting ready to order a C7. I have owned too many cars to get sentimental. Every car I have had is a great car until I get the next great car...Hopefully the C7 will be the next great car.

At any rate I'll drive my car until it kills me or I kill it. I think.

OK, I will keep mine for a while then. Funny thing is I traded an Eclipse in for my Camaro.

To say the V6 is slow still baffles me. The thing is really quick...a lot of people around here will lead you to believe that the difference is like going from a Prius to a drag racing car, but it's not that drastic. In the older gens, yes...it was a big different, but not quite so much anymore. I've seen stock V6 and V8's race on youtube, the SS only beat it by a second or two, which is insanely good for a V6 with a V8 brethren. The SS is nicer, but don't call your LS slow

Not to start a war, but be happy with your LS. You've still got a car that's quicker than 85-90% of what you'll encounter on the road every day.

You know how some say they want to be buried with their cars? A few have actually done that. I've read about a pimp from Harlem buried in his Cadillac, another was a Ferrari fanatic. Would it be ghoulish and creepy of me to say I want to dig them up?

I wouldn't steal anything I just want to see how those cars are doing.

Forever, but maybe one day eventually I might look into getting a stingray or 6th gen, but that's after finishing college.

I doubt I ever will either. It took awhile to get rid of my beater truck when I got this car a couple years ago.

But I'd pass it on to my son or daughter once they graduate from college, then again i dont have a kid yet so it could be 20+ yrs away lol. So till then I'll keep annoying my wife with different modifications I'll be making

Id be really interested to see in five years how many of the people that "will never get rid of it" actually have kept it. I'll go on the record now and say less than 50%.
