I had a friend spent a year in the hospital after a Phasent hit him in the cheast at 70 Mph on his harley. Took him right off his Bike. Middle of SD. He laid in a ditch for 24 hours before he was seen. :( Sacry Sh$t.

Glad you are alright after that.
Hope you get your car fixed or replaced. Seen a few bird strikes when i worked for Trans World Airlines as a Fleet Service Helper. We were the lucky ones that got to clean it up.
