Sorry guys. JBA real let down!
So I was calling since last week to have my on the Dyno. JBA told me to bring the car in for Friday the 13th. I had to work 1/2 day to try to get the car in on time. When I called to let them know I was on my way, they told me that they were backed up and to set me up for next Friday. I told them NO, what about Monday, they said, sure bring it in. Called this morning, they told me bring it in at 2:30 pm. So I showed up at 2:00, they told me that their 1 hr job turned into an all day job. That they might not be able to Dyno my car, asked me if I wanted to wait, I said I would wait 1/2 hr. Finally they told me that it wasn't going to happen as the current car was going to take longer than expected. Told to come back next Monday as they are getting a new Dyno installed. So I left, gave me his bussiness card told me to call them. Should I wait for the new Dyno or go else where?, seeeing as they can't seem to get thier schedule right!

With all the testing GM did with the Z/28 and ZL1 why would you think an aftermarket system is better. After we all have seen the videos were the Chevy engineers have stated many years of testing went into the design of these parts to work in a balance with the rest of the car. I am just curious not judging. Is it because its 400 dollars more then stock or you do not believe the people that built the car????

I've been wanting to Dyno my car for a while now. I'm curious to know how much power she's putting down from the factory. I don't doubt the Z28 intake's performance or functionality, it's just that I'm curious to know what kind of gains I will get from this part. Just for fun!

I like the rubber isolator between the intake filter mounting and the tube. The long term affects of isolating the intake manifold from vibration could be significant. Isn't the intake manifold plastic? If so it could crack over time.

The deals are out there you just need to watch. Got mine from Jegs through ebay. For some reason got an ebay $40 off coupon on any item over $100, so that's $362 to my door. It's installed and ready for this stupid winter to end.

That's a great deal. I've been wanting to install my Z28 intake and dyno it. However due to mandatory OT I've been busy. I will do it as soon as possible.

You still going to dyno it or not? Make sure you do it with hood closed due to the top being open on the new kit.
