1.99% for 60 months = $650 per month. Retired. No Mortgage. With accelerated payments, Camaro will be paid off in 3 years.

Is it crazy if you have 0% interest?? Costs nothing to make payments. Why hand over all that cash when i could keep it in the bank and collect interest off my money and just give them some each month..

And what else do i do with that extra cash i have on hand? Pay a few hundred extra on my mortgage so my 30yr note will be paid in under 16. And i can retire 14yrs earlier. I love my cars but not enough to work 14 more years because of them.

Sounds a ton better to me and my wallet to save a hundred thousand dollars on my mortgage than to pay the dealer in cash. Might as well buy a low end Ferrari if i want to piss away $100k more.

Every action has a reaction.

After 100% down I have a $0 payment. It now goes to car parts for this as well as the others.

I do not see how this is possible unless you have roughly an 81month loan taking into account t/t/t/ with your stated numbers.

I paid t/t/l with cash, have a 3% interest rate and paid $0 down... monthly car payment over 72 months = $486. I paid $500 less than MSRP in October 2009.

When you die you dont take your morgage (home) or car with you,if one can afford the payment why should one not have it??

Live a little it's the only life you get just be responsible and respecful, it's not that hard..

BTW I am paying $1000 a month (yes about half goes toward the princable) with 3.5% I want my loan to be short lived..
