Would you have been on SR 68 around 6 or 7 pm in your Camaro a few weeks ago? I passed an IBM with white stripes but can't remember exactly what day or even the time it was. There are not many with that combination running around Brown County.

I think your right on the short term inflation. I think thats largely because its been more significantly artifically depressed the last 5 years or so during the recession and its "catch up time", in addition to the typically expected post-recession inflation. I wouldnt be surprised if we see tremendous inflation numbers soon that make this conversation much different in 2014 once the fed rates are unlocked.

2010 Camaro SS modified extensively. I stretched the body to make it a 4 door, but I swapped in the 3.6L DI V6 for fuel economy. Then I picked up a corvette body around the V8. I also swapped the body for a C2 Z28. (In short I traded it for three cars, a Corvette Z06r, a C2 Camaro Z28, and a Cadillac CTS Summer Performance package 3.6L DI with Aisin 6spd.)

I'd be up for it as long as I'm not vacationing that week. I went last year and there were about 12-14 pretty impressive modern camaros, and of course a ton of impressive older cars.

question for you Ohio guys. When Me and Steve drove over Sat, we took I70 into Dayton, then I75 South, then jumped onto SR 35 East. Would it have been "quicker" to pick up 35 East just past Richmond, as you come across the state line. We could not tell if it was 4 lane or 2 lane at that point. Wasn't sure if is "quicker" to by-pass the Dayton Traffice, or does that just depend on the Day of the week?

Not sure about that question but I meant to drop you a 'heads up'. When you get onto the 4 lane part of 35 in WV be careful around the bridges. The entrance onto and off of the ends of the bridges are bad on a couple of them. I hit a couple and thought I had lost the whole bottom of the car. Jason experienced the same when he was over a couple of weeks ago. Just slow down and dont hit them at 70mph or you might lose or at least scrape your ground effects. |
