Scotty.... My local dealer just called me and said that he (and 5,000 other people or gm employees) were in a meeting with 5 GM executives he said, the executives were saying they had everything ready to go on the camaro, and are wanting to push production up from Feb, to the end of the Nov or December...... He said this took place at some Midwest show.... not really sure. Have you heard ANYTHING about this???? My local dealership is pretty knowledgeable about this stuff... I trust them, BUT when i get big news like this, its always been from you or some one else on this site.... e.g. He hadnt heard anything on the sold orders and said he cant even do sold orders on the malibu yet.

as i can't order mine until august anyway. i hope this does and does not happen lol. i want everyone here to get theirs aas early as posible but its gonna kill me seeing everyone ride around in their camaros and me knowing i can't have mine for a really long time lol. grrr

i cant order till i finish the 1st year of my nursing school so i can get a decent wage to pay bills and afford a camaro

and mines cause i still need to save up so i can put a big down payment down on this baby without taking out a loan.

He said they were WANTING to push production up. May not happen. That is a big IF. It would be nice tho. Kinda weird for an Exec to say that in an auditorium full of people unless it was close to being officially or at least probable.
