If you are indeed in an LT1 you are truly screwed lol. But if you meant an LS3 that's I'm the 2012 SS that you say you drive, then you will be a bit better off. But not much.

This is silly, that 347 could have 500+ hp or 300! Now what about a T Rex vs a Spineasaurus?

The cobra is about 200lbs lighter than your camaro. What kinda power is your 383 putting down? And what kinda suspension work do you have? The mustang can turn very good numbers on stock suspension whereas the LT1 has crap suspension stock.

If he's got a good stroker build, he's gonna rip you a new one.

Are you referring to the OP's older Camaro or is new LS3?

The 96-98 Cobra is about 3400lbs curb weight, so that is approx. 500lbs lighter than a 2010+ Camaro, with somewhat similar power depending on the type of stroker kit he has.

I was talking about his LT1 stroker car, which I believe is a 93-97 body style...

Not all stroker motors are equal. That 331 or 347 could be a cheapo stroker build or a 500hp one.

I agree.

My friend has a 98 Cobra with a Built motor, built rear and a T-56 and puts down 343 RWHP on a Mustang Dyno. He has a 302 Kit in it, full bolt-ons, etc.

Now that I think about it, it's a built 4.6 4V.

Maybe with spray it might. Even the old pushrods with H/C/supporting mods were only putting down 400 RWHP out of 331's. Maybe 450 on the high side. LS2 cars were making between 450-500 RWHP and those were what, 359's or something? I forgot what the 6.0 cubes out to. Too tired to calculate it out.
