I'd think a track car would require a roll cage installation.

Think that was the reasoning why the 1LE does NOT offer a convertible top as an option. Not even sure about a sunroof...

Thanks Supercharged SS
I ran 10.9 and a 10.7 last year, July 2012 with my supercharger set up.

This year we have a 427 with an 88 mm precision turbocharged. Ran some low 11's July 2013 but had throttle body issues and blew the transmission.
New transmission is coming back from Texas next week and its too cold in Canada to race it now.

So this spring we expect some very good numbers, so says my mechanic.

Yeah, but those are Canadian Times.....

Doesn't that convert to 14 or 15sec in US times??? And just putting in a Texas Tranny doesn't get you any "fudge factor"!!

Hope things are going well and can't wait to see the numbers next spring

What HP are you getting? Do you have pics of your roll bar? Do you lose the back seat because of it?

The fastest 5th Gen Convertible in distances greater than a quarter mile is owned by Snappy, not a member here, but it's built and tuned by Sam88GTA1...

He ran a 217 mph standing mile...

No real room to sit in the back seat with the RPM roll bar

Is that the Billy Ray Motorsports Camaro? It had a 217mph run at the Texas Mile on 10/27/2013.
