Got a Diablo intune, no licence open?

Hi all, I just bought a used Diablo intune. When I go to "tune vehicle" it keeps saying "##########(my vin #) is not licenced, no remaining open licences"

Does that mean the person who sold it did not re-flash his car back to stock? Is there a way to still use this at all? If so how, if not should I ask for a refund?

1) correct, they didn't put their stock tune back before selling it. Unless the InTune has different licensing than the Diablo Predator, which I don't think it does.

2) No, it's locked until the original owner puts his stock tune back onto his car. I would definitely ask for a refund.

Wow... what a douche-bag... glad I got it on ebay, so I will get a refund for sure
