A hose clamp around each of the rubber hangers and a few zip ties to hold the hose clamp in place. Then adjust the hose clamps to get it where you want it. It will become clear once you see the hangers. I did this on my Corvette and it worked well.

I put a new RK sport diffuser on a while back which required the tips to be re-centered. I order some new "adjustable" exhaust hangers from ebay and lowered them equally on each side to center in the hole. I noticed that my passenger side was still lower by about 1/8 to 1/4 inch. When it gets warmer again, (10 degrees F this morning with a high of 25) I am going to try to move the hanger on the passenger side up one slot in the hanger to correct this. Looks like this is common!

Thanks guys...at least I'm not alone in this...haha! I'll have to take some pics when i get the chance. To me it seems significant. Not only does mine hang lower on the passenger side but it also sticks out farther from the diffuser.

The dealer couldn't fix that part, but I believe Jannety posted saying he was able to force the exhaust go get it even. There's not any adjustment in there. The exhaust must have been off in the jig it was welded up in.

Damn that sucks. Hopefully the dealer can do something about it next time I take it in for servicing. Its an eye sore for me. I used to have 2002 SS with the center mount exhaust and I had to get that adjusted a few times to get it perfect cause with that exhaust, you can tell right away when its not centered

but seriously, my exhaust is a little low on one side too...or it's a little high on the other side. I'm not sure which is correct yet

Hello all,

If you feel like this should is a concern, I would definitely recommend going to a dealership to get this addressed. Please let me know if you have any questions.
