Surprise Find During Initial Oil Change

I was under the car draining the oil this past weekend when I noticed something interesting. Can you see it?

There is a bolt completely untightened just to the right of the oil filter. It pays to do a good visual inspection while working on your car!

I think there was a TSB about that bolt being cross-threaded or something leading to a coolant leak.

...doncha think since that bolt was a quarter thread away from falling out, and if had something to do with a coolant leak, that a leak or break down would have happened already? Hmmm, in my minds eye I see coolant peeing out.. jusy sayin....<remember those Gen 1 small block days????>, or am I delusional?
