That's why I recommend the band clamps

If I knew about the band clamps before hand I would have ordered some. O well. If I ever got to cut them. Ill have an exhaust shot put some 2 bolt flanges in place that I can put a gasket between and bolt and unbolt. The sound though takes some getting use to. Lot more engine noise in the exhaust now. I keep thinking I have a leak but I have checked now 10 times on lifts and had it professionally checked 3 times and nothing. Just new sounds that I got to get use to.

Installed mine last weekend. They fit and look great but I do have a small leak at the connection pipe on the passenger side that I couldn't get rid of. I adjusted the clamp 3 times.
I found 3" wide stainless clamps at summit for about $7 pc. They came today hopefully that will take care of it.

What did you guys do about the CEL coming on. I heard it is guaranteed to come on after a header install.

The rear O2's will have to be tuned out since they are no longer used

You can try to add o2 extensions if you're looking for a cheap alternative; however getting a proper tune to make sure the AFR is right along with turning the o2 senors off is most recommended.

Tune. It's worth it, the CEL goes away, and you get the most power for your mods.

You'll need the extensions for your front O2's . The rear O2's monitor your cats and since they are no longer there you do not need the O2's

Finally had time to throw the new clamps on today.
They fit great and took care of the leak
