Talked to Tyler from JDP the other day... Headers are being coated. I should see them in a week or so.

I also ordered a crank pin kit just because I plan to road course her which will rev the piss out of the motor a pinned crank damper will make me feel better.

I'm also looking to possible upgrade the rocker trunions with the Comp Cams kit. More warm and fuzziness... lol

I'm planning on hitting my first Road Course the end of January with two buddies. One has a '09 G8 and the other has an '06 Roush Mustang GT. We plan to make him feel the GM superiority over beer and wings. His treat... lol

Sold my stock Red calipers today. So I'm really considering buying the ACS GTZ hood. LPE is having an incredible deal on them.

I will have it painted Matte Black and then have the underside done gloss black in a single stage. Or I could have the whole thing done BC/CC and then get it wrapped like the stock hood.

IDK what do you guys think I should do?

What's BC/CC? Is that the hood from the Berger 1LE? If so I like it. If it were me spending that kind of money on the hood I would forgo the hood wrap.

Base Coat/Clear Coat. Yeah it's the same hood that Berger used. LPE is selling them @ 50% off. The shipping is $225 though. It'll be $900 all together vs. $1350 + shipping.

My thing about the wrap is if I decide to go gloss black it's a simple peel and clean operation.

Just ordered the ACS GTZ hood from Lingenfelter... It's hard to beat 50% off on a part you really wanted even though I should have waited to get it. But damn 50% off!

I think I may order a ZTA rear spoiler. Just get that and the hood painted together.

Pfadt headers came in today. UDP is sitting in the garage. Install will come after the first of the year.

Then I'll get a tune.

Also my Helmet and other racing paraphernalia came in too.

ACS GTZ hood is in route. Going to get a ZTA spoiler coming too.

GTZ hood gets here Friday. Z/TA rear spoiler gets here Monday.

Hopefully I'll get the Headers installed over the weekend or before my Wednesday shift. I'll try and have the Resonated X-pipe welded in by the following week. Tune to follow shortly there after. Then hopefully get the Hood and Spoiler installed and painted in the next few weeks
