So I'm pretty sure I'm on a different path with the suspension now. I'm doubting that the Knuckles are going to be in my future so I've decided to go with the Z/28 light kit from JPSS.

About the only thing I'm keeping from my current parts is the rear bar. I've been talking to Pete and I have a new plan.

So soon I will have some things for sale. Keep an eye out you'll be able to save some money.

Well, to come back from the dead...

This coming week I swear to all things holy I'm doing some stuff to the car.

I bought a new set of PSS 285's square this time. 295's were on National B/O.

There's a pile of suspension parts in my garage that have been waiting to get installed. A modified Z/28 Light set up from Pete @ JPSS.

I also bought a PDR glue set up to fix some dents on her and the wife's G8 GT.

I also scored a lightly used set of RB Performance 2 piece rotors for next month's brake job.

I'm going to go apeshit on her with a combo of Adam's products using my Flex polisher.

There will be pics forthcoming, in the meantime...

A pic from the stable...

The recent Brembo upgrade on the G8 GT...

Finally a decent pic of the Pontiac...

Stand by for some activity in this thread. I'm at a decent station now and have a little bit of energy when not at work...

Funny how station assignments work... One station is dead as heck and others are killing themselves... 25 years I put up with that nonsense...

Just to put it out there, the reason I all but disappeared last year was because I got a promotion and my initial assignment was at the busiest station in the city where the call volume averaged 18-20 calls per 24 hour shift. My highest was 26 calls in a single shift and I've heard they recently did 28...

I would essentially come home and die for a few hours then wake up and not remember how I got home.

It's all good now. I arguably have the best assignment in the city. Seniority has it's privleges...

Well the wheels made it to the shop today. I plan on starting to tear the suspension apart in the morning.

So I did the rear sway bar and springs today. Took forever because my kid was sick and stayed home from school but hey it's done. Just gotta set up the "spring timing" I need to review the procedure. No matter the wheels won't be ready till Friday. Tomorrow I'm do the front end.

Well, the kid is sick again... This is going to take forever today. Raining like crazy too... so every single old war wound aches. This getting old stuff is total BS compounded by being an adult... LoL

Managed to do the front springs and plates even had the lil sicky hold the struts for a minute or two while I started the bolts up top.

Tomorrow I just need to slap in the camber bolts and take care of the caster locks and bushing inserts...

The wheels should be done Friday and then I'll have to wait to get it aligned Monday.

My rotors should be here Friday.

Thursday my PDR Glue kit arrives... Hopefully I get to detail her Sunday... Shit I'm tired just talking about all this.

I'm pretty sure I'm doing the RB Performance SS piston kits for all 4 calipers when the brake job gets done...

So the wheels are ready today a day early and I'm headed out to pick them up. New tires in the back of the truck.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who takes the time to pull these off of new tires... lol
