Pearl is different than just a metal flake. Pearl reflects different hues depending on the angle of the light source, and it's brightness. Thats why sharp body lines are more defined in a pearl color than a solid like Rally Yellow or Victory Red. Since the Camaro has such sharp lines, this color really does the design more justice. Don't get me wrong, this car looks great in almost any color, I just think ABM really looks better on this car than a HHR, because of the HHR's ovoid body design.

I will not go with a GM offering as the stripes are not quite on color for the coord I want ie: I am going to get a comparison of a set of "midnight sterling silver" stripes that carry over the rear and front bumpers! Much like one of the renderings but without ground effects........ground effects do not go well with Canadian winter and 2" lower suspension pkg! For sure I believe that matching the rim color is a good plan.

Like he said!! I have been personel with the ABM for 2009 on the Canyon and you will have a very, very difficult ......did I say difficult.....time seeing green. Can we agree that this is a gorgeous light to medium metallic blue and if it shows the lines and curves on the Camaro like it does the few attributes on the truck, this will be an awesome choice .....did I say Awesome !!

yea i saw that lil model you did when you first posted the thread...its looks GREAT on the model! and yea about the HHr being curvy and rounded off, that is something i considered too...that and the fact that me and dustin both agree the HHR is terrible looking to begin with! lol i wish you could paint something bigger with the paint and put it in and out of the light and take pics!

ok...but what about when the sun is setting and there isnt bright light actually hitting the car but its still light out? thats when i feel its gonna show green...when you seen the canyon wut was the light like? cuz all these pics of the camaro in blue, the light was hitting it head on! if you look at the last pic of the pick up i post in my previous post it looks more greenish then the others cuz its not in direct sunlight.

my dealer just called me and asked if i decided on a color yet cuz the lady who puts in the orders told him it will be any day now i get pulled so im getting a lil nervous as time is a ticking! LOL im sorry for be a debbie downer to the blue crew, but im just nervous and you guys have been great about it! much love to my blue peeps! we are by far the best color group...personality, conversation, etc....and every1 looks out for another over here...other color threads are pretty boring if you ever checked them out...we simply just plain out rock!

Cool That was at the Chicago auto show.. ( I sat in that camaro ) and saw it

Nice Color Couldn't Really see the color from far away or admire it because People Were (and i use this word Heavily>) SWARMING the Camaro, i couldn't stand in one place because people were taking so many Pics of the camaro

The only thing that could of made that camaro better is if you put White rally stripes on It
