Drink Holder for M6
I know I'm not the only one out there that has noticed that the cup holders are in a akward spot for owners of 6 speeds. Down right annoying. I live with it because, lets face it, this is a freaking cool car and I can survive with not drinking in the car. But on those rare occasions a soda can or fast food drink does make it in the car, I wanted a place to put it.
So this is what I made. I saw the idea for it after seeing it on Corvette forums. It's a simple collapsable drink holder attached to clear lexan. The prongs are expanable so it will fit a larger drink.

How is the lexan secured? is the pressure from the plastic panel holding the lexan/cupholder in place?
I agree with u though, everytime i bring a drink home, it is ALWAYS in the way. AND i will eventually have the multi-switch panel that fits in the cupholder spot for my nitrous/bottle warmer/cutouts/etc... So this is a MUST have for me!

I made this myself last night- but there is probably something like this out there already. I know corvettes have been using them - But the size of this one is custom to our car.

I don't know about Texas but here in NC children under a certain age are not allowed in the front seat especially if in a car seat. The air bag alone can cause severe injuries. But to each there own.

What if you only had a 2 seater? The airbag does not engage, he doesn't weigh enough..
