They're calling it Big Gulp Air Intake/adjustable Brake Duct on their web site (www.roto-fab.com)

I actually have the same exact problem. When I get my car back from the detailers from some compounding/polishing action, this and installing the ported VMAX is first on the list to do.

I checked my post and it's fully seated. It's the actual heat shield. The lower drivers side corner hits the top of the inner fender well and has actually taken a bit of paint and that's where it's holding the hood up. In going to try some adjusting and if not grind of a little and repaint the shield. Ps this shouldn't be a step in the installation, I'm just glad I'm not the only one.
