Read what? The PDF files cant be accessed unless one is a member of the forum. I scrolled down and clicked on the actual court papers. Basically one can apply for a CCP in 2 weeks, unless the state appeals the ruling. However the ruling cannot be overturned unless gone to a higher court. Only thing that can be overturned is the lenght of the stay. Meaning the length of time we have untill we can apply.

I was just coming back to this thread to talk about the stay getting lifted. Still gotta see if it gets vetoed or appealed. I wonder if that will add them to the federal carry license clause..

Well this discussion was good while it lasted. Im sure MD will take this latest gun threat and twist it in some sort of way to involve the Concealed Carry license. SMDH What a fool.
