Instead of the airbags I would be more worried about why the shoulder harnesses didn't catch them sooner.

Owned 2 Toyota's and will never do so again. Easily the worst cars I've ever had. This is my first GM and I'm pleasantly surprised how much I like it. Owned more Mustangs than anything else.

I voted for Toyota their cars are nothing more than appliances with no soul.
They also let their quality slip in their quest to knock GM off the top rung a few years ago and now its recall after recall.

Mistusbishi without a doubt. they have been the least reliable I have owned followed closely by GM. My Dakota is going strong with 215k miles on the clock.

Maybe I had a lemon base model. Rented it in Holland and drove it in Germany for two months. I never had a fear of pulling into the left lane to pass on the Autobahn like I did in this car. It was an automatic and it didn't shift sometimes unless I let up on the gas and reapplied it. It was a nightmare. Glad yours is treating you well.

Pretty sure Juke has a CVT. That might've been why it didn't feel right to you.

Sometimes, you need to bait them. Is Mitsubishi on there twice?

I think as hard as it is to buy a bad car nowadays, this is mostly going to be a "im a chevy guy so I hate fords" kinda poll.
most everyone makes great cars overall, there are always a lemon here or there, but for the most part cars are solid nowadays..... |

Hyundai not bad, but Kia, owned by them, is the worst. Horrible quality, worthless warranties, and thecustomer service dept at Kia lies non stop

I was somewhat conflicted. Mercedes builds a nice car, but the Smart car is absolutely the worst. In a way, I think the poll for that point isn't fair. I recognize that Daimler owns Mercedes and Smart. However, Daimler also holds large shares in Mitsubishi, Tesla, and Nissan.
Also, is there a way to limit a person to voting in a poll only once? At least one user has voted more than 10 times in this poll. |

Been hearing complaints about ~2006 and up BMWs. An engineer here bought a new one in '07. Rusted out- as in, rot holes 3" up in the doors and fenders- in three NE winters. Ordinarliy I'd call BS on that... but I saw the car every day. They simply seem to have no put any type of rust prevention in the car

I voted for Mitsubishi they don't offer a lot of vehicles and their quality and reliability hasn't been great either I would have voted for Toyota cause I feel they make very boring cars but since the Frs and the ISF and LSA came from them I had to give the edge to Mitsubishi as worst car brand. I also cant believe that Kia and Hyundai are voted for a lot. They have some great vehicles out now and the best warranty in the auto industry.

Chrysler got my vote. Seems when I have one in my stable it requires a lot of my money to stay running.
