Gee, mine throws me back into the seat and the front end jumps some (expect some limit to that with Stability control on.)
Love mine, love the quicjkness, and comfort is fabulous. Ls3 - 6 speed manual here.

I've had no problem with power in mine. I agree that once you put some miles on her she will open up. I just hit 2000 miles and it is opening up more and more everyday.

I love mine. Feels like a caged beast a lot of the time...my wife-to-be, who drives a mustang GT, remarked much the same...the car likes to snarl up and jump off the line, though is otherwise a very refined and smooth experience.
Definitely loving it...I guess I'm lucky in that mine gets the advertised 0-60 times (partially confirmed with iPhone, though I haven't taken it to the track)

Love the L99. I have an auto and it is great. Already have 320 miles on it and enjoying every mile on it. I'm following the break-in rules exactly, so I will not unleash it until 1,500 miles. But everything under 4k rpm is great, it throws me back in the seat, and the power and traction of the car is better than I anticipated. Love it.

I love my L99, not going to race this car, so why get a manual for the extra HP? The car is a beast and is fast! I love playing with the Sports mode and tapshift. Have also been using the remote start more often.

No complaints about mine. It doesn't ALWAYS snap you back, but it does sometimes. One of those times was when I took my grandfather for a ride. I snapped him (and I to a lesser extent 'cause I was prepared) back in the seat hard. LOL He absolutely loved it and couldn't stop telling people how he'd never been in a car that powerful.
Oh, and a female friend of mine told me (jokingly) that it... How can I put this nicely? Well, I don't think I can. That it "almost made me come". LOL Her words, not mine.
