Well it may be a coincidence, but it does seem that the majority of the cars that have been bayed for a while are 1LEs and ZL1s...

It appears the QC Hold continues.
My 1LE was built 4/12 and I've been told it's been on QC Hold since it came back from the vinyl wrap for the hood. There have been deliveries of 1LE models prior to the 4/8 build week, but based on what I've gathered from this site none of the ZL1s or 1LEs have shipped from 4/8 on.
My dealer called the Dealer Business Center yesterday and got thru to a manager and was told that they aren't informed why a vehicle is on Quality Hold and it just has to go through an inspection and will be on hold until it does. Really! Do they have just one inspector that works one day a week for about an hour a day? How long does it take to inspect a car?
I wonder what part that is common between the ZL1 and 1LE but not the non1LE SS model or the LS/LT models has a problem.

I'm trying my best to tough this out and wait patiently. I've been wanting a camaro since early 2012. I waited for 2013s because of mylink. I then wanted to get a 1LE during the summer of 2012, but they did not start building them until late in the year. I held off because of winter (car would remain in storage, no sense in buying one). Then I decided to get a ZL1. Now it's more waiting. GM really doesn't want to sell me a car.

Not my car but it's one we have ordered. We also have a CRT 2LT/RS with the same TPW that was delivered to the dealership today. Is it cold up there again? Seems like a lot of ZL1s and 1LEs are on hold again.

Just talked with them. There is a log jam at inspection at the border. Shipments are not happening as expected.

Needless to say, I'm very bummed.

Inspection at the border?? That's funny GM must now be smuggling drugs back to pay off the debt to the Govt.

I feel you guys, My 1LE was TPW 2/4 got built on 2/6 and sat on a QH for over a month due to weather, tires, and something else but they would not tell me. It fillally arrived on 4/3. I was waiting for it. Just be glad your getting the 13 ZL1/1LEs instead of the 14s. Here is a pic of it arriving on 4/3. To top it all off, it was down pouring when it came in.

Cars can be I hold for numerous reason. Mine was finished Thursday and as far as I am concerned they can keep it it until they sort out the issues or what ever it is. I would prefer that over potential issues after deliver.
