Yes sir, he or she absolutely can. If he/she thinks it too loud and above the limit (95 decibels I believe), then he/she can give you a ticket for it. It's at his/her discretion to figure what's too loud for legal limits, and he/she doesn't need a decibel meter.

That's 1 of the main reasons I went with NOWEEDS Exhaust cuz if I get a ticket I can jus hit the switch and bak to stock we go...

Thanks man. I know where do you park now? I always park on the eastside structure on the beginning of the 3rd floor in the corner away from all the other cars.

Yeah we are trying to get guys together to meet at in n out off of the 91 and imperial to eat and have a little meet at 7pm. Should I start a list or do you want to do that Leo?
