I cried when I sold my Kawi Ninja a few years ago. I want another bike soooo bad. Maybe when I get some of my student loans paid off. Sold the bike to go back for a 2nd degree.

I was a little sad when I traded in my mustang last summer for the Camaro. Good ole "Winnie" and I had been together all through college, etc. I owned that car for 8 years. Couldn't be happier to get into a Camaro though. I didn't cry... just drove by and waved at her when I left. I had the new car permagrin so I couldn't be teary eyed.

I never did but my wife did when we sold our last corvette. I think a lot of it had to do with we drove it home the night we got married from our wedding reception. because of that there were a lot of memories attached to it.

I think I'd cry if I had to sell a vehicle that special to me.

I had a Grand Prix GT w/ a motor swap. I modded it pretty heavy minus internal motor work.
Bought it new and had it for 11 yrs. It had over 240k on it.

But the frame at the bottom was really rusted and partially gone. I tried to be emotional about it but I couldn't. So many things were annoying with it that I could never fix it to the way it once was and I didn't have time to do it. Plus I was happy getting a new car.

Still, before I pulled off, I put my hand on the hood and said "Thanks, pal" out of respect. I can find out what happen to it but I just chose not to.

Note: The white lettering was only temporary. I took it off two weeks later.

I was so happy when I got rid of my 97 Silverado. The only tears would have been tears of joy.

I was misty eyed when I traded in my 04 Dodge Ram. It was my 1st major purchase and graduation gift for college. Kind of another step into manhood I guess. Lots of memories in that truck. But I also realize the problems it had. So it wasn't all bad.

When my parents sold our '89 GMC Safari SLT (to my neighbor, so I still got to see her for a while). I pretty much grew up in that van, so it was hard to see her go.

not when i have. Only time i can remember being upset is when my brother and i were kids and my dad traded his 1979 full size Jimmy for a V6 el camino. My brother and i went and stood by the Jimmy telling him not to do it. That thing was cool.
