This is a win win situation to me. The smart thing to do is get the implants first and these will keep you occupied until you can get the new wheels. If she is with you riding around with the new implants no one will notice your new wheels anyways.

Shouldn't this be in the bolt-on section? I'd go with the wheels, not a fan of bolt-on body bits.
