Question Horn and steering wheel lighting wire identification

Does anyone know the colors of the wires in the steering column harness for the horn and also the steering wheel lighting? Both don't work and haven't worked for years, its inspection time again and I would like to fix the horn issue once and for all. In the past I have been able to adjust the tilt wheel and get the horn to work for inspection day, also I have opened up the column and unplugged and re attached the connectors for the harness and got it to work for a short to time. I am thinking a loose connection somewhere. The harness has very little slack in it so I think that when in a certain position it pulls the wires enough to disconnect? or maybe a ground issue. All other functions (cruise, bluetooth, radio volume, ect) work perfectly. Just horn and lighting have this problem. Color codes or a schematic would be a lot of help.
Thanks in advance....
