CAI: ADM street vs Roto Fab

I saw the CAI article, but it had no mention of Roto Fab. I know the ADM is top notch, but how does the Rot Fab compare......wondering if the ADM is worth the extra money performance wise.
Thanks

you cannot compare a roto-fab to an ADM because the ADM is a sealed box and the roto-fab's heat shield is open on top and seals with the hood liner.

i saw a few roto-fab equipped cars in person and they performed well on the dyno, but they had the hood open during testing making the tests invalid.

for the ultimate intake, get the ADM race intake and do the washer fluid bag mod!

The Roto-fab intake seals to the hood around the entire top perimeter. We could add a lid, but it obiously would have to be lower than our current "lid" which is the hood. By doing so, we would be adding some restriction to the amount of air getting to the filter. The next time you see a Roto-fab intake on a car, look at the hood liner where the seal contacts and you will see from the witness marks this intake truly has a "lid" while providing the most room possible around the filter.
