If it were me I'd be yelling up a storm and be demanding my car be done and only pay half price but I understand why you arent cause you want it done right. Even at the pace they are going you will be lucky to have it back before the Transformer movie I just think you need to twist their screws a little bit to let em know the seriousness of the issue but not to much as to where its a crap paint job. On a positive note if you took it elsewhere you would save money due to them not having to sand it....lol

South Summer Meet in Dallas Hotel Info
OK, trying to get a hotel so all of the Out Of Towner's can stay in the same place. Here's some Hotel Info I was able to work out for check-in 15 July and Check-Out 17 July: Embassy Suites Recommended, NO Rooms Avail...

1) Hilton Lakes Executive Conf Center, Grapevine, TX: * 15 Rooms on Hold @ $129 plus Tax per room w/1 King Bed. (NO Rooms w/2 beds avail) *** I will need a list of Names Per Room (PM or E-mail kunk1963@yahoo.com) by this Thur Night so I can send the info to the hotel by Fri or this Group Rate will be Canx and everyone will be on their own...

2) Hilton Garden Inn, Grapevine, TX: Awaiting call from Sales for Group Rate and Room Info, Hopefully today?? (Approx $120 plus tax per night, per room)


Here's a tenative schedule for the weekend.

Friday PM: Car Meet in Arlington

Saturday Early: Coffee & Donuts at Classic Chevrolet (only if we get a decent turn out)

Saturday 11 AM: Texas Museum of Automotive History/ Lunch afterwards

Saturday PM: Drive-In

Sunday AM: Breakfast at IHOP or Denny's
