Caliper paint??
I wanted to know if anyones knows or knows someone that can i can get good caliper paint in synergy green. I have looked at g2 but they want 100.00 for paint and dupi color i didnt see they offer it.
If anyone has pics of synergy calipers i would love to see!! Thanks in advance |

http://www.duplicolor.com/products/enginePaint/ check out the hunter green might be kinda close DE1644 - Racing Green (Hunter) its the same stuff basically. But more colors. I used the DE1607 - Chevrolet Orange-Red and it matched really well.

how did you paint your caliper with the engine paint? did you have to prep and prime??

There is a guy named Mike is all I know that does powder coating on brake calipers and everyone seems to be happy with his work. Do a search on the forum to see if you can find him. He has painted a lot of calipers. I believe he is in Atlanta, GA.

I am personally not fond of white and they will be dirty all the time. I had the same dilema. If the car was any other color, I would say go for a contrasting color, but not with SGM.
I ended up with Silver and make it pop with glossy clear coat and maybe add red/black - Camaro/Brembo lettering. Last edited by verboten; 03-09-2012 at 11:09 AM. |
