uploading images resized..
Just a suggestion,
but when uploading pictures to the forum in VB's control panel you can have the pic auto resize and also create a thumbnail... this would make viewing the forum alot easier than having to scroll to see all the huge pics everyone uploads. Also if someone wishes to see the full version you can click on the picture for the full size view...

i don't know if much about vbulletin, but i know that can be done as a users choice.
instead of surrounding the link with: (remove the spaces obviously) [ img ] http:// [ /img ] if you use [ url=http:// ] [ img ] http:// [ /img ] [ /url ] you wind up with this.
